My Background

Dakota Wayne is a builder by nature and by trade. With a background in operational excellence and strategic systems, Dakota spent over a decade leading transformation initiatives inside multi-million dollar manufacturing organizations until he realized the most important system he’d ever built was at home.

Today, he’s the architect of the FORGE Framework—a bold, faith-driven blueprint for generational impact that equips families to lead with clarity, disciple with intention, and raise children who know how to own their future.

As co-founder of Vectrix, an AI-powered business acceleration platform, Dakota blends spiritual conviction with strategic precision, helping families build their mission, rhythms, responsibilities, and legacy systems just like high-performing organizations do.

He and his wife Ashley homeschool their three children, run their household with a full family operating system, and train others to do the same through FORGE books, playbooks, and live workshops.

Dakota’s sessions are not lectures they’re deployment plans.

You’ll leave with more than inspiration.

You’ll leave with strategy.
